The role involves leading graphics, design, and usability initiatives while managing the end-to-end UI/UX journey for global customer solutions. You will also be responsible for defining and maintaining the company's internal corporate identity and style standards.

Requirements
- Completed education or degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, UI/UX design, or a comparable field
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in graphics, design, and usability
- Experience in designing digital user interfaces and a strong sense for user guidance and visual communication
- Skills in creating and maintaining style guides and corporate design standards
- Creative thinking, strong quality awareness, and a structured, independent working style
- Ability to work in a team and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse departments
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
