Requirements
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience in UX research and service design methodologies
- Ability to translate insights into actionable solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Optional: GIS / Spatial Skills
- Experience researching GIS/map-based user workflows
- Ability to design intuitive map and data experiences
- Collaboration with GIS and engineering teams on data-driven interfaces
