Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for Observability within AI Studio, from onboarding to advanced features
- Prototype, iterate, and shipâfast
- Collaborate deeply with research, engineering, and product teams
- Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and craft (including motion design) across Mistralâs products
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, with a focus on documentation, developer tools, or technical communication
- Deeply curious about how people learn and use complex products
- Systems thinker: You can design for scalability, consistency, and maintainability across a growing suite of products
- UI/UX savvy: You understand how to design intuitive, user-friendly documentation interfaces, from layout to interaction
- Visual communicator: Youâre comfortable creating or art-directing graphics, diagrams, and other visual aids to simplify complex ideas
- Collaborative and proactive: You thrive in cross-functional teams and can drive projects forward with minimal oversight
