Technologist - System Design Engineering (NAND flash based Design - DRAM (DDR/LPDDR/GDDR))

The technologist will lead DRAM-related tasks including system integration, verification, and qualification for NAND Flash products. They are responsible for defining SoC/firmware requirements, developing validation strategies, and managing DRAM selection for future products.
Responsibilities
- In charge of DRAM (DDR/LPDDR/GDDR) related tasks in system integration, verification and qualification
- Define necessary features, configuration & operation details, and associated SoC/FW requirements
- Verification and validation strategy
- Production testing and qualification strategy
- Failure Analysis in system development, qualification and RMA phases
- Interaction with DRAM vendors
- DRAM selection strategy for current and future products
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
- 13+ years (BS), 10+ years (MS), or 8+ years (PhD) experience in NAND flash-based or related system design
- Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders
- Knowledge of DDR/LPDDR/GDDR specifications, features, and operational details
