Graphic Designer (Johor)

Design high-performing visual assets for Meta and Google advertising campaigns to drive digital conversion. Collaborate with marketing teams to iterate on creative concepts based on performance data and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads (Display, YouTube)
- Develop visuals optimized for conversion and engagement
- Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales teams to execute campaign concepts
- Translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling visual assets
- Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data & feedback
- Support additional design needs including social media, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate design production, generate variations, and improve creative testing
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Proven portfolio with strong examples of ad creatives (Meta / Google Ads preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital platforms
- Basic understanding of how creatives impact ad performance (CTR, conversions, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.) is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback, and able to manage multiple projects
- Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
