UX Researcher

The UX Researcher will analyze user behaviors, needs, and motivations using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. They will also collaborate with business stakeholders to define user personas and identify pain points in products and services.
Responsibilities
- Focus on understanding user behavior, needs, and motivations through observation, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies
- Participate in business understanding and user definition
- Conduct research and analysis with the end user and business to identify pain points and functionalities
- Use tools such as blueprint, customer journey, and experience prototypes
Requirements
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative information analysis
- Experience in conducting usability testing
- Experience in leading workshops or working sessions with business and users
- Experience in strategic and methodological focus
- Proficiency in tools such as blueprint, customer journey, and experience prototypes
