UI/UX Designer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that align with business objectives. Utilize AI design tools to optimize user experiences and conduct research to iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visually communicate design concepts and interaction patterns
• Utilize AI design tools and functionalities to streamline the design process and optimize user experiences
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Develop design specifications and interaction guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience
• Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, particularly in AI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Interaction Designer or a similar role, ideally within the financial services or analytics industry
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, particularly Figma's AI capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and best practices
• Experience with user research techniques and usability testing
• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
