Digital Experience UX Designer, VP

The role involves driving the full UX design lifecycle for DMC China, ensuring alignment with global design standards and strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into intuitive, high-quality user experiences while mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Drive the full UX design lifecycle across applications and components in DMC China, from discovery and concept through design, implementation, and delivery
- Collaborate with the Global DMC UX Design team to align on design priorities, standards, design systems, and strategic objectives
- Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for DMC products
- Work with other team members to evolve the enterprise design system to meet industry standards and achieve consistent user experience goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 8-12+ years of professional experience in UX / Product / Digital Experience Design
- Proven experience working closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure UX design is effectively implemented and delivered within real project constraints
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX methodologies, accessibility standards, and best practices across complex applications
