Senior Executive, Website UI/UX Designer

Design visually compelling interfaces and marketing materials for web and mobile platforms while ensuring design consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user interactions and optimize layouts based on user research and data insights.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms, including marketing materials such as banners, logos, campaign visuals, and landing pages
- Ensure design consistency across all products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from concept to final release
- Create modern, innovative, and intuitive user interactions while applying best-practice UI/UX principles to new and existing products
- Design with an end-user mindset, continuously optimizing layouts and flows to improve usability and overall user experience
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using advanced-level Figma skills
- Utilise AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow speed and efficiency
- Design and prototype responsive websites, landing pages, and web applications with strong attention to UX and visual craft
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear, logical, and visually appealing UI solutions
- Conduct user research and gather feedback, iterating designs based on user behaviour, data insights, and usability testing
- Support design team operations, including assisting supervisors with workflow planning while maintaining brand identity and design standards across all outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX, digital product, or creative design
- Proficient in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, user flows)
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web/mobile design
- Experience creating digital assets, landing pages, and marketing visuals
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage
- Good creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
