Senior Associate, UX Product Designer

The UX Product Designer will own and elevate the NYL360 digital experience by leading a design pod and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centered products. This role involves hands-on design, setting quality standards, and integrating AI-powered features to improve user workflows.
Responsibilities
- UX design delivery in an agile sprint cadence
- Leading design pod focused on the NYL360 experience
- Partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to shape the roadmap and sprint plans
- Translating customer and business problems into clear experience outcomes and user stories
- Delivering designs ahead of development, including flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and detailed specs
Requirements
- 6+ years of digital product design experience
- 2+ years leading or mentoring designers
- Strong experience designing complex, workflow-driven products and customer self-service experiences
- Experience working closely with engineers in an agile sprint environment
