Design the end-to-end user experience for an adversarial adjudication platform, transforming complex procedural workflows into intuitive digital interactions. Develop a scalable design system and collaborate with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation of the product.
Responsibilities
- Designing the end-to-end user experience for Objection’s adversarial adjudication platform
- Transforming complex procedural workflows into seamless, frictionless digital interactions
- Establishing a premium, high-trust visual language
- Developing and maintaining a robust, scalable design system
- Conducting rigorous user research and usability testing
- Partnering closely with engineering and product management
Requirements
- Professional product design experience
- Strong portfolio in complex, data-rich, or process-heavy digital products
- Demonstrated ability to take a product’s UX from architecture through to production-ready design
- Deep empathy for the user
- Precision in UI craft
- Systems thinking
- Fluency with AI-native design tools
- Comfort working autonomously in a distributed, asynchronous environment
