Senior Product Designer (Fixed-Term)

Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to final implementation for the EHR platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from discovery and research to ideation, prototyping, and final implementation
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and impactful design solutions
• Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
• Create a range of design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Develop and maintain consistent design patterns and guidelines across products
• Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for product interfaces and user journeys
• Advocate for user needs and balance them with business objectives
• Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Mentor and inspire other designers and contribute to the growth of the Experience Design team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product design experience in a product or design-focused tech company
• Advanced in Figma & AI tools
• Strong foundation in UI and interaction design with special attention to detail, including strong writing skills for product copy and microcopy
• Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple design concepts, including conducting user testing to validate design decisions
• Capable of time management and meeting deadlines
• A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not
• A portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving, innovative solutions, and clean visual aesthetic
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and accountability
• Experience with data-driven design decisions, A/B testing methodologies, and experimental design approaches
