Product Developer & Graphic Designer – Toys & Hardlines

The Product Developer & Graphic Designer will manage the end-to-end development of toys and hardlines, from initial concept to final production. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure products align with brand vision and consumer trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of innovative, trend-driven product lines
- Ensure all designs maintain MINISO brand quality and align with all characters and storytelling
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and technologies
- Manage external partners (vendors) and partner with HQ product development teams
- Provide feedback on 2D/3D submissions
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design Development
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software, and strong sketching ability
- Demonstrated experience in the development and manufacturing of Toys and Hardlines products
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and consumer product safety standards
