Product Developer & Graphic Designer – Home & Stationery

Lead the end-to-end product development process for home and stationery categories, from initial creative concept to final production. Manage vendor relationships, conduct market research to identify trends, and ensure all designs align with brand quality and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of innovative, trend-driven product lines
- Ensure all designs maintain MINISO brand quality and align with all characters and storytelling
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and technologies
- Manage external partners (vendors) and partner with HQ product development teams
- Provide feedback on 2D/3D submissions
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design Development
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), 3D modeling software, and strong sketching ability
- Demonstrated experience in the development and manufacturing of Home, Stationery, and seasonal products
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and consumer product safety standards
