Permits Manager for Region, DC Design Engineering

The Permits Manager will identify and own all permits associated with the design, construction, and operation of data centers across various jurisdictions. They will coordinate with internal and external teams to develop permitting plans and engage with local authorities to expedite timelines.
Responsibilities
- Identify and own all permits associated with the design, construction, and operation of datacenters in existing and new jurisdictions
- Coordinate between internal and external project development teams to develop a permitting plan and manage the execution of that plan
- Engage and partner with AHJs to identify opportunities to expedite permitting timelines
Requirements
- 6+ years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience
- 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
