UX Designer II
Bellese Remote (🇺🇸 Owings Mills, MD 21117, United States of America)
The UX Designer will create and communicate interaction design decisions through wireframes, prototypes, and user flows while collaborating with product and engineering teams. They will conduct human-centered research and usability testing to drive measurable improvements in software systems for healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Approaching UX challenges with empathy and compassion
- Understanding how to work within a suite of products and how UX decisions impact that suite
- Creating and communicating interaction and UX design decisions in the most appropriate forms
- Developing and maintaining design mockups, user flows, wireframes, detailed specifications and other design documents as needed
- Participating in a wide range of human-centered research projects including usability testing, contextual and stakeholder interviews
- Working closely with the development team to deliver the best user experience possible
Requirements
- Approaching UX challenges with empathy and compassion
- Understanding how to work within a suite of products and how UX decisions impact that suite
- Working within agile UX processes, interacting with both product management and product development teams
- Creating and communicating interaction and UX design decisions in the most appropriate forms
- Developing and maintaining design mockups, user flows, wireframes, detailed specifications and other design documents as needed
