UX Researcher

The UX Researcher will plan and execute user research to identify behaviors and pain points while partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product roadmaps. They will also design A/B tests, maintain research repositories, and communicate the impact of research on business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Support UX strategy through user research planning, execution, and analysis
- Conduct remote interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative insights
- Design and support A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to stakeholders
- Partner closely with Creative, Technology, and Site Experience teams to integrate research insights into product decisions and roadmaps
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX research, UX design, or related fields
- Exposure to ecommerce
- Proven experience with user research methodologies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating research process and the impact of insights on products or services
- Experience using research and analytics tools such as UserTesting, Maze, and Mixpanel
- Experience using Figma to collaborate with designers and engineering partners
