You will own and evolve the design system and UX vision while driving discovery through independent research and user workflows. You will partner with product and engineering teams to implement data-backed design solutions that scale the product while maintaining simplicity.

- Own and evolve Prokeep's design system and UX vision
- Drive discovery before design
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and direct user conversations
- Connect design decisions to business outcomes
- Implement information architecture improvements
- Partner with the PM and Engineering teams as a cross-functional peer
Requirements
- Proven experience designing user-centered B2B or operations-focused digital products
- A track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business outcomes
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system
- Strong expertise across the full design discipline
- Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows
- Comfort working with product analytics and behavioral data
