MMIC Design Engineering Manager

The manager will lead a team of seven engineers in the design and development of GaAs and GaN amplifiers from kickoff through evaluation. They are responsible for setting project timelines, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the amplifier design team and manage the development of GaAs and GaN amplifier designs
- Set timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
- Manage product development from kickoff through product evaluation
- Review MMIC designs and recommend design changes
- Drive projects forward through the design and evaluation phases
- Interface and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of experience in MMIC amplifier design
- Previous engineering management experience
- Knowledge of power amplifier design techniques
- Working knowledge of ADS
- Good understanding of RF test and measurement techniques
- Experience with AGILE
