Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will manage the end-to-end design process from client concepts to print-ready production files. They are also responsible for utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows and coordinating with the production team to ensure project feasibility.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Serve on the graphic design team, managing all design requests from initial client concepts to final, print-ready production files
• AI-Powered Ideation & Execution: Actively utilize AI image generation and design tools to accelerate workflows, generate concepts, and enhance final artwork
• Signage Production Pre-press: Prepare precise files for large-format printing and sign fabrication, ensuring correct bleeds, color profiles, and substrate compatibility
• Project Management: Independently manage your design queue, communicate directly with clients to understand their vision, and coordinate with the production team to ensure feasibility
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with client branding guidelines while optimizing typography and layout for readability at scale

Requirements

• AI-Forward Mindset: Demonstrable experience using AI tools to assist in graphic design, image manipulation, and vector generation
• Design Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
• Independent Capability: Proven ability to work autonomously as a solo designer, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing both traditional design skills and AI-assisted projects, ideally including large-format or environmental graphics
• Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during production tasks
