Lead the design of intuitive and scalable experiences across web and mobile marketplace platforms from discovery to launch. Partner with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, conduct user research, and evolve the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for high-impact marketplace product areas across web and mobile platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics for marketplace experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design direction
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex multi-sided workflows
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across buyer, seller, and partner experiences
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years designing for consumer-facing marketplaces, e-commerce, or other multi-sided platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work in complex consumer environments
- Proficiency with Figma and familiar with Lovable
- Experience working with and contributing to scalable design systems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
