Quantitative UX Researcher III

The researcher will lead the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys to inform product and user experience decisions. They are responsible for producing comprehensive research reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and analyze large-scale tracking surveys
- Produce comprehensive research reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Prioritize and manage multiple research initiatives in rapidly evolving environments
- Generate insights that inform both ongoing product development and future research opportunities
- Support data-driven decision-making through rigorous quantitative methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant UX research experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in R, particularly the Tidyverse ecosystem
- Experience in survey design, item development, and large-scale data collection
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests
- Hands-on experience conducting primary research
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
