You will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences across YOO and future WOO products by collaborating with product, tech, and sales teams. Your role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and maintaining the design system to ensure scalable and intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and understanding of needs: understanding business, product, and user challenges
- Gathering needs through user interviews and exchanges with sales and support teams
- Identifying pain points and improvement opportunities
- Participating in product prioritization
- UX design (wireframes and user journeys): structuring user journeys, designing clear and effective wireframes, proposing simple solutions to complex problems
- UI design and prototyping: creating high-fidelity mockups, designing interactive prototypes (Figma), ensuring a smooth, modern, and consistent experience
- Collaboration with product and tech teams: working closely with developers, ensuring good understanding and implementation of designs, providing clear and organized specifications
- Design system management: maintaining and evolving the design system, ensuring visual and UX consistency of products, structuring and organizing Figma files, documenting components and best practices
- Continuous improvement: monitoring interface performance (feedback, usage), testing and optimizing continuously, being a driving force for product evolution
Requirements
- Mastery of Figma (design, prototyping, design system)
- Experience with SaaS/B2B products
- Good understanding of UX issues (paths, conversion, usage)
- Ability to transform a need into a concrete solution
- Comfortable in a collaborative environment with developers
- Rigorous organization (file management, components, versions)
