The Magento Web Designer will manage, optimize, and improve the visual experience of the company's e-commerce website. Responsibilities include updating product listings, enhancing UX/UI, and collaborating with developers to ensure high performance and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Magento website on a daily basis
- Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, and visual content
- Ensure site content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs
- Improve website layout, navigation flow, and overall user experience
- Optimize product pages and landing pages to increase conversion rates
- Identify and implement design enhancements that improve usability and performance
- Create and edit visual assets such as banners and product visuals
- Maintain consistency by working within existing brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute design ideas
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience working with Magento (Adobe Commerce)
- Experience managing and updating e-commerce websites on an ongoing basis
- Experience in UX/UI design for e-commerce
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, or similar
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or similar (nice to have)
