Senior Product Designer

Drive the end-to-end design process for mobile and web products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Identify product improvement opportunities and maintain design consistency through clear communication and rapid iteration.
Responsibilities
- Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web
- Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product
- Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer on digital user-facing products
- High visual craft with attention to polish and detail
- Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural
- Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product
