Responsibilities
- Lead key design initiatives and build strong relationships with product and engineering stakeholders
- Drive design excellence and effectively advocate for design decisions across teams
- Partner with Product Managers, Content Designers, and Engineers to deliver impactful user experiences
- Contribute to the design system and mentor other designers
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends and technologies
- Explore the future of products and push boundaries through vision projects
Requirements
- 12+ years of product design experience with a focus on enterprise software solutions
- Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and design systems
- AI prototyping proficiency with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including creating high-quality components, auto-layout, and variables
- Exceptional communication and leadership presence
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or a PhD with 5 years of experience
