Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives, mentor team members, and conduct advanced user research to drive actionable outcomes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-empowered experiences and ensure design consistency across the product.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Create high-quality wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Maintain a high bar for quality, usability, and attention to edge cases
• Provide design leadership and guidance to junior team members
• Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery
• Drive a culture of constant improvement and learning within the design team
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design strategy and vision

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product design
• Proven track record of delivering successful user-centered design solutions
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Experienced working in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and information architecture
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
