Lead user research activities and design intuitive, accessible end-to-end user experiences for clinical technology platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into user-centered solutions while maintaining design standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and plan user research activities to identify user behaviors, needs, motivations, and accessibility requirements
- Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences, including digital and offline interactions
- Develop wireframes, visual designs, interaction models, workflows, and annotated prototypes
- Conduct structured and ad-hoc usability testing, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- 4–6 years of experience designing UX/UI for web, mobile, or software applications
- Experience working in a clinical, regulated, or similar industry environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design expertise across research, interaction design, and usability evaluation
