Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

You will lead the design of fulfillment centers and logistics systems, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver cost-effective solutions. You will manage multiple projects from concept through design approval before handing them off to the operations engineering team for installation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
- Own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval
- Work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
Requirements
- Experience in management of engineering design projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work
