You will lead the B2B, Distribution & Services design vision while managing a team of three product designers to ensure design excellence. You will also co-construct design roadmaps and drive the quality of user experiences from discovery to operational delivery.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee design excellence in B2B, Distribution & Services
- Lead a team of 3 Product Designers
- Define and implement design roadmaps
- Ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions
- Contribute to design discussions and decision-making
- Diffuse best practices in product and design across the organization
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Lead Design
- Expertise in Product Design (UX/UI) for complex B2B products
- Experience in leading design roadmaps and OKR
- Ability to work in close collaboration with Product & Tech
- Management experience in design teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
