The Senior UX Researcher is responsible for managing the research team, overseeing research processes, and ensuring project delivery aligns with business priorities. They will lead user-centered design research, usability testing, and provide strategic insights to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the UX research team and assume responsibility for outputs and deliverables
- Design and conduct usability research, both online and in the field
- Provide recommendations for improvement and serve as a repository of research-based usability knowledge
- Work with stakeholders to test business requirements and develop user-centered design strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience of mentorship and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to impact assess workload and manage delivery expectations
- High level of customer focus and understanding of customer needs
- Experience in usability test moderating, participant recruiting, and data analysis
