You will own the end-to-end design for the Conversational AI domain, focusing on chatbot experiences and next-generation AI assistants. This involves driving discovery with cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality, scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery with PMs and engineers, ensuring we’re solving the right problems
- Raise the craft bar through thoughtful interactions, visuals, microcopy, and edge-case handling
- Use research and data to continuously validate assumptions and inform decisions
- Contribute to the design system to improve consistency, accessibility, and scalability
- Collaborate with a passionate team that moves fast and takes pride in what they build
Requirements
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in self-serve or product-led environments
- Strong design craft across layout, typography, interaction, and visual systems
- Comfortable owning the full design process, from discovery to delivery
- Fluent in Figma and experienced with design systems
- Outcome-driven, focused on impact, not just output
- Clear communicator and strong collaborator with PMs and engineers
- A portfolio that shows thinking, how to frame problems, make trade-offs, and arrive at solutions
