UX Designer, Privacy AI Frameworks

You will define UX frameworks and design end-to-end user journeys for AI-driven products to ensure user privacy and control. You will also collaborate with engineering, product management, and research teams to evaluate designs and align stakeholders on project goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with research and Product Management (PM) to define goals and success metrics and frequently evaluate designs
- Align the UX and cross-functional team on a long-term project goal through workshops, sprints, customer meetings, etc.
- Manage UX projects from initial concept through execution and launch
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research partners to explore and evaluate concepts, support implementation, and separately move projects forward
- Communicate progress and design rationale to align on design choices with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume
- Experience in storytelling to bring customer values to life and designing presentations and share-outs
- Experience with conceptual work, early phases of the design process, workshop facilitation, and managing UX for user-facing products
