Senior Product Designer
Hellofresh Remote (🇵🇭 Manila, Capital District, Philippines)
You will design, maintain, and expand the company's design system while bridging the gap between design and engineering teams. Additionally, you will craft intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and detailed technical specifications to ensure visual and functional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Design System libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date and consistent
- Craft detailed documentation and guidelines for designers and engineers
- Refine user interfaces to align with the HelloFresh brand and deliver high standards of user experience
- Continuously improve existing designs to achieve the pinnacle of usability and visual appeal
- Translate design into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Grow the design system, tailoring it to new design needs and challenges
- Map out user journeys using wireframes, site maps, and user flows
- Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and refine user flows
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer
- Great portfolio showcasing product design work
- Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of design systems and ability to add to and improve them
- Prototyping skills using tools like Figma
- Good proficiency in AI UI-building solutions
- Documentation skills, including wireframes, site maps, and user flows
- Collaboration and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to craft flawless design solutions
