Lead the end-to-end design process for accessories and customizable products, ensuring a cohesive brand language and collectible logic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, merchandising, and marketing to translate design intent into high-quality, scalable production outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of accessories and customizable products from concept development through sampling, refinement, and launch
- Create products with a clear sense of authorship, distinction, and brand recognizability
- Build modular and customizable product systems across charms, attachments, personalization elements, and accessory extensions
- Define how products connect, evolve, and expand across seasons and drops without losing coherence
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in accessories, leather goods, or high-end product design
- Direct experience in luxury is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead products from concept through development to final launch
- Strong experience with leather, metal hardware, textiles, trims, and premium finishing methods
