The intern will design high-fidelity digital interfaces while adhering to design systems, accessibility standards, and eco-design principles. They will also assist in conducting user research, facilitating ideation workshops, and verifying the quality of design implementation.
Responsibilities
- Discovery of tools and constraints to produce high-quality digital interface mockups
- Proposing high-definition mockups to integrate into development, taking into account web and internal constraints
- Using the Design System and ensuring compliance with accessibility rules (RGAA) and eco-design rules
- Respecting W3C standards and prototyping interactions and micro-interactions to help write design and functional specifications
- Enriching the Design System with new components and/or documentation when necessary
- Verification: checking, when possible, that integration corresponds to design
- Discovery of digital tools and products used to apply user-centered processes (Research, Design Sprint, Design thinking…)
- Assisting in the preparation and animation of ideation workshops
- Assisting in preparing, animating, and restituting user and/or customer tests/interviews
Requirements
- Background in graphic design and/or user experience and/or cognitive psychology (bac+2/3)
- Autonomy, creativity, rigor, ability to listen and analyze, and proposal strength
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Suite
- Technical appetite: mastery of Figma (atomic design, design system, variables, prototyping) and basic understanding of web languages (HTML, CSS)
- Interest in artificial intelligence
- Strong interest in environmental issues
