Graphic Designer (Contractual)

The role involves creating visual assets for digital and print platforms, including branding, video editing, and motion graphics. The designer will also manage document design and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand identity across all communications.
Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, campaign creatives, ads, brochures, reports, presentations, and website visuals
- Support branding initiatives by developing visuals that align with brand identity, tone, and guidelines
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all platforms and communication materials
- Translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts that support communication and marketing objectives
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, corporate communications, events, interviews, and promotional content
- Create engaging motion graphics and simple animations for explainer videos, presentations, social content, and digital campaigns
- Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations with strong structure and storytelling
- Design structured documents in Word or InDesign, ensuring clarity, readability, and brand alignment
- Work closely with content writers, digital media officers, and internal stakeholders to produce integrated creative outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred)
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Canva, and basic multimedia tools
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Basic knowledge of video formats, exporting techniques, and digital optimization
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is Company registered with SECP under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and is notified as the Operating Entity for the PSW system under the PSW Act, 2021. Pakistan has committed to develop and launch its NSW by 2022, aptly called Pakistan Single Window (PSW) with Pakistan Customs being designated as the ‘Lead Agency’ by the Prime Minister’s Office for development of this important reform initiative.
