The Product Designer will own the experience and performance of a defined channel within a cross-functional squad to drive measurable impact. They are responsible for identifying opportunities, testing solutions, and iterating rapidly based on data and user insights.
Responsibilities
- Own design within a cross-functional squad
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve user journeys
- Drive continuous optimisation through experimentation
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Insights
- Design high-quality interaction and visual experiences
- Use data, analytics, and user research to inform decisions and measure impact
- Present work to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure consistency and scalability through effective use of the design system
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in product design
- Relevant third-level qualification in Product Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering measurable impact through design
- Experience owning the end-to-end design process
- Strong discovery capability, using research, data, and insights to identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
