You will lead design work for complex, regulated banking services while working in a cross-functional team to create intuitive user experiences. Your daily tasks include conducting user research, creating wireframes in Figma, and validating solutions through usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead design work in complex and often regulatory-driven initiatives
- Work operationally with solution proposals, flowcharts, and wireframes in Figma
- Conduct in-depth interviews, observations, and data analysis to create deep insights into customer needs
- Validate solutions by preparing, conducting, and analyzing user tests
- Present concepts to the team and stakeholders and influence our shared design methods
Requirements
- Self-driven and fearless in driving change
- Ability to switch between detail focus and overall perspective
- Good at pedagogically motivating design choices based on customer benefit
- At least 5 years of experience from a similar role as UX Designer
- Good experience of working in Figma
- Documented experience of UX research and user testing
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience of design work in a regulated business, such as banking or insurance, is an advantage
