PH - Marketing Web Designer (Squarespace)

The role involves creating and maintaining websites for MedSpa clients using Squarespace and WordPress while performing quality checks and basic SEO. Additionally, the assistant will handle administrative tasks and provide support for new clinic launches.
Responsibilities
- Create and update websites using Squarespace/Wordpress
- Do quality checks and edits of newly built websites
- Address basic queries (e.g., about services, promotions, etc.)
- Create new website templates for a wider selection of designs
- Research current design trends to keep the team updated with industry best practices on website building
- Implement basic SEO strategies based on customer needs
- Escalate complex inquiries to your manager
- Execute basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, folder update, updating tags)
Requirements
- Experience working with graphic design through Canva
- Squarespace (and its equivalents) experience
- Wordpress experience
- SEO experience
- Experience working with US customers in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively
- Reliable internet connection (>50mbps)
- Proficiency in English
