Senior Product Designer (Hybrid)

The Senior Product Designer will define the design vision and strategy for major product domains while partnering with executive leadership to align design with business goals. They will also lead complex design challenges, establish design frameworks, and provide strategic mentorship to other designers.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive design vision for major product domains or company-wide initiatives
- Partner with executive-level stakeholders to align design strategy with business goals and long-term roadmap
- Lead the most complex, high-impact design challenges across Weedmaps’ ecosystem
- Anticipate future user and business needs, proactively shaping solutions and strategy
- Establish and evolve design frameworks, principles, and standards used across teams
Requirements
- 9-12+ years of professional experience in product design, including leadership on enterprise-scale or multi-product systems
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic impact, systems thinking, and influence across organizations
- Proven track record of shaping design strategy and driving measurable business outcomes
- Deep expertise in research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Extensive experience leading and scaling design systems across teams and platforms
