Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

The Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director will lead creative projects from conceptualization through execution, ensuring visual excellence across all brand touchpoints. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns and maintain consistent brand systems.
Responsibilities
- Being a master creative maker: owning and developing creative projects from conceptualization to delivery
- Demonstrating the ability to execute project requirements with urgency and accountability
- Creating compelling and inventive solutions and concepts for integrated campaigns
- Pushing Darktrace's creative voice forward with a sharp design eye and exceptional craft
- Developing and executing high-fidelity creative across campaigns, events, web, social, digital, print, OOH, motion, video, multimedia, and interactive experiences
- Building, maintaining, and evolving style guides, brand kits, design libraries, visual systems, and modular design frameworks
- Helping innovate and elevate Darktrace's design systems, visual language, and event graphics
- Contributing strong visual direction across illustration, photography, motion, video, and storytelling
- Working closely with other team members and the production team to establish priorities, fidelity, and timely delivery of tasks
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant design experience
- BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and concept development
- Proven ability to concept, develop, and deliver impactful visual storytelling
- Self-starter attitude
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Figma
- Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, UX/UI principles, and user-centered design
