The UX Researcher will partner with cross-functional teams to conduct end-to-end research, from discovery through post-launch evaluation. They are responsible for uncovering user needs, validating product solutions, and measuring success through data-informed insights.

- Support end-to-end research across the product lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute research from discovery through post-launch
- Advocate for user-centered thinking
- Conduct foundational research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Design and run evaluative research to test concepts, prototypes, and live features
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in UX Research or a related field
- Examples of UX research work demonstrating approach and thinking
- Experience conducting end-to-end UX research across generative and evaluative phases
- Strong foundation in qualitative research methods, with exposure to quantitative approaches and analytics
- Ability to interpret data and metrics to inform product decisions
