Senior UX/UI (Product) Designer

You will lead end-to-end product design, bridging the gap between UX strategy and high-fidelity UI execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and create impactful digital experiences for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in shaping digital products and services end-to-end, working across the full design spectrum
• Lead design thinking across complex and sometimes ambiguous problem spaces
• Ensure every element is considered, consistent, and purposeful, from defining user journeys and interaction models to refining visual design, micro-interactions, and component behaviour

Requirements

• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design within complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders across disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to frame problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction
• Proven ability to operate as a true end-to-end product designer, seamlessly transitioning between UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution
• Confident working across a variety of clients, sectors, and problem spaces, quickly building domain understanding and adapting approach to different levels of design maturity and stakeholder expectations
