UX Researcher

You will assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies while managing research logistics and participant recruitment. Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams to translate data into actionable insights and maintain the research repository.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and carrying out qualitative and quantitative research studies (from interviews to surveys)
- Take charge of research logistics, including finding and scheduling participants for studies
- Help facilitate interviews and usability testing sessions, capturing the key insights that matter
- Support the team in turning raw data into easy-to-understand reports and frameworks like journey maps and personas
- Maintain our research repository, ensuring our findings are organised and easy for the whole company to find
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure research happens at every stage of the build
- Keep your finger on the pulse of new UX tools and methods, sharing what you learn with the wider team
Requirements
- 2â3 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a similar field where you've had to understand human behaviour
- A solid grasp of basic research methods (you know the difference between a survey and a deep-dive interview)
- Comfortable using digital tools and keen to master new ones (like Maze, Typeform, or Google Forms)
- Strong analytical thinkingâyou enjoy connecting the dots and finding patterns in information
