Lead UX Designer H/F

The Lead UX Designer will pilot the global UX vision for digital products and oversee a team of three senior UX designers. They will ensure the quality of user journeys from research to prototype validation while collaborating with product and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Pilot the global UX vision of digital products, in collaboration with product, tech, and design teams
- Lead and develop a team of 3 UX Senior designers, promoting skills growth and methodological consistency
- Define and ensure the quality of user journeys, from research to prototype validation
- Structure and animate UX workshops
- Collaborate closely with product managers to align user needs with business objectives
Requirements
- Formation supérieure (Bac+5)
- At least 8 years of experience in UX Design, including experience in lead or management of a team
- Mastery of UX methods, from user research to conception and testing
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Maze, Miro, Notion, etc.)
- Knowledge of accessibility and design system principles
- Agile and collaborative work environment experience
