Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for core features, focusing on creating intuitive, AI-powered workflows. They will collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine the design system and build agentic interfaces that enhance financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution, for core product features
- Speak to customers and leverage AI tooling to immediately build prototypes - then refine them
- Design prompt-driven and AI-powered experiences that rethink how users interact with financial workflows
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive and actionable designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Stuutās vision
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customers to bring ideas to life
- Define and refine Stuutās design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
- Design for agentic interfaces, where users interact with AI-powered assistants and automation rather than static UI
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product design (preferably in SaaS or enterprise software)
- Strong background in enterprise UX, workflow automation, and AI-driven interfaces
- Experience designing prompt-based or AI-powered user experiences
- Ability to use AI tooling to immediately prototype projects
- Technical fluencyācomfortable working with engineering teams on complex, data-driven products
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI work with a focus on B2B, automation, and AI-driven interfaces
- Experience with Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies
- Self-starter mentalityācomfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
