Product Designer - Liven
Skelar Remote (🇺🇦 Kyiv, Ukraine)
You will lead the design direction for the product ecosystem, making decisions from ideation to implementation while working closely with product managers and developers. You are responsible for maintaining the design system, utilizing data-driven insights, and integrating AI into the design process to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop products that help people manage their mental well-being
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing
- Work with data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure product success
- Create user-centered designs that are intuitive, easy to use, and meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in product design, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other design tools
- Understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
