You will lead the end-to-end design process for the Earth Intelligence platform, creating intuitive interfaces and AI-guided workflows. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive product strategy and ensure seamless developer handoff.
Responsibilities
- Execute at a high level: Get your hands dirty with day-to-day execution
- Design for AI: Design conversational UIs, AI-guided workflows, and intuitive interfaces for complex Earth Intelligence analytics
- Navigate a complex portfolio: Adapt and scale your designs across our growing product portfolio
- Own the details: Creatively improve the product experience via thoughtful UI choices, intuitive workflows, and rapid iteration grounded in user feedback and technical constraints
- Collaborate closely: Work alongside Product Managers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and other Product Designers to test, measure, and influence design choices
Requirements
- A portfolio showcasing your previous design work
- 3-5 years of experience as a software Product Designer
- AI-First Mindset: You have a basic understanding of AI/ML technologies and their technical constraints
- Flawless Execution: Strong ability to wireframe, rapidly prototype, and deliver polished, developer-ready designs using Figma
- Advocate for the Customer: You never lose sight of the human behind the screen
