UX Designer (m/f/d)

Hybrid $80,000 - $120,000 Full-time Senior

The UX Designer will manage the entire design process from discovery to delivery, creating intuitive and accessible user experiences. They will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to drive user-centered solutions and maintain design system consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences
  • Creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods
  • Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders
  • Ensuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field
  • Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma
  • Experience working with or contributing to design systems
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
